It did not have the pool and spa as stated. Tho not the fault of the employee inconvenient that my key card didn't work a whole day house keeping had to let me in all day till sup came in.

The elevator and pool were out of order. We were able to have a room on the first floor. However, we needed to beds, and there was only one king size bed in this room.

Front desk staff was good.

Carpet is dirty, shower curtain was falling apart.

The staff that checked us was very helpful and friendly.

The carpet was stained and needs to be cleaned. The couch was dirty and outdated. There was a fire alarm that went off at 7am. So there was no hot breakfast.

I got a room and somebody was there already.I went back to lobby he said he wrote on my key the wrong number 319 instead of 318. I tried to get in room 318 and key didn't work. Had to go back to lobby. Room had carpet ripped off, bath had mildew.

Front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure I didn't want for anything.

Breakfast was out of most of the menu items before 9am.
