Negatives: Seemed dated. Carpets need cleaned in hallways and room.Nice building but needs to be modernized. I do not care to stay in hotels with pets. Dog fecises was in front of my door.

Negatives: I expected more from Holiday Inn, especially for $--- per night. Hotel was very dated. The toilet in my bathroom had a small leak. ItÂ's advertised that itÂ's walkable to the DART station, IÂ'd strongly disagree. Sidewalk was was horrible.

Negatives: Reserved Room with 2 beds, got a king Traveling with a handicap child, had no where to keep his milk. (No refrigerator in room) Several of the plug outlets in the room did not work. ($50 incidentals still on card 3 days later-has not been refunded)

Negatives: No hot water to shower in the mornings. Strong mold/mildew odor in the room. Both room & hallways were extremely dirty. Website said "free breakfast" but hotel did not provide this amenity yet there was no price adjustment for entire stay.
