The place was under construction and I did not see the on the website. The pool was not available, the gym was not available, the elevators kept going out and when you are handicapped and on the 5th floor this is an issue.
The breakfast buffet did not allow one to take food to your room. We got 2 breakfast buffet tickets, one for each of us for the inconvenience. This place was awful.

Booked this is an alternative to the nearby Renaissance hotel, where my conference took place. While prices were lower, it turned out it was practically impossible to safely walk the short distance to the Renaissance. The hotel was being renovated, which included the pool area. The pool was one of the reasons for me to choose this hotel and there was no mention of it being closed at any stage in the booking process. The Wi-Fi was weak and constantly losing the connection in my room.

1) water bottles should be provided in the room. One day there was no water available, which was frustrating. One day, the internet stopped working (technical issue), but it was repaired after several hours. Staff at the reception is not very helpful if you discuss an issue.

I was charged a 100 $ damage deposit even though we were staying just for 1 night and they already had my card authorization. The refund is not given at check out but days later. .
