Positives:
It was a strange location, I kept missing it once I left, but was quite private, surrounded by condos & business offices. Quite a few runners & dog walkers about. It seemed a busy place to stay, but not all at the same time. And the room was very quiet & the bed so comfortable.

Not as clean in public areas as I would've liked & don't even get me started on the "breakfast".

Breakfast is a sandwich or cereal, it’s an egg sandwich and bacon no mustard, no mayonnaise, no ketchup, no peppers, nothing to go with it, very dry option
Rooms are only done every other day, we stayed from Monday to Wednesday and room was not done on Tuesday. No one tells you about it, price is not low so I was expecting a better service

The room was so spacious! and it had everything you might need for your travel stay (iron, blow dryer, cups, plates, etc.). The service was exceptional, I don't remember the name of the person that checked me in but he was very welcoming and helpful. I traveled to Dallas for medical appointments and had to be there early in the AM. I was traveling with my 85 yo-grandma and they were able to accommodate an earlier check in, my grandma was able to rest after the 4 hr. trip from Houston. Also the breakfast they offer is perfect to get your day started. We will be staying here again.

Bad experience with staff waking my family up after hours unnecessarily. Instead of owning the mistake the employee quibbled. Manager blew it off the next day and ignored calls and emails a week later. It took a call to Hilton Customer Care to receive some degree of resolution.
