Negatives: Staff rude and unprofessional. Toilet leaked water on floor, broken light bulbs, coffeemaker didn't work. Waited 3 hours after check out to speak with manager about room. Hotel didn't refund $40 incidental fee and charged additional $70 for late check out

Positives: Location is very important. Easy to get to. Price was fair. Although breakfast was included, due to Covid-19, omelette's weren't available, a bit disapointing.
Negatives: There was another guest that was stalking my daughter as she was staying there. I ran into him, and went straight to the front desk to complain as to my safety and the safety of my daughter, who, was staying there. On the same day, she checked out early.
