Positives: I thought the location was convenient, until I had to deal with outside cars all night. There was a pair of earplugs left beside the bed (one pair for 2 guests). Now I know why.
Negatives: Air compressor not working. They sent someone to fix-took 46 minutes. We asked to be moved; they would not accommodate. Phone, garbage disposal, ice maker did not work. Room key cards replaced twice. Filthy halls. Rude staff. Noise from outside unbearable

Positives: Location
Negatives: Coffee pot did not work and was not replaced when reported to staff. Sink in restroom drained slow and the fire detector battery was low so chipped all night. Called front desk and was told maint was gone so no one did anything!
