Positives: Staff was very friendly
Negatives: Room and hallways were pretty beat up. Dents in doors etc. outside of building looked new so inside was surprising. Music was cranked in courtyard first night so no sleep but staff turned off second night as we requested.

Positives: The location and the ease to get to it
Negatives: The hotel was not very clean! We were placed on the first floor Â'this is what we haveÂ' though we booked in advance. We had 2 rooms and one smelled terribly. They had no other rooms for the stay so they sprayed cologne on it and it even smelled worse

Positives: It was very classy and clean. Kitchen has COOKWARE. Sofa sectional was comfortable and had throw pillows. Shower had full glass door with brass handles. No odor in the restroom! Breakfast was served hit with eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns.
Negatives: Traffic on the streets! But, it was downtown!!

Negatives: The room was did not have an ADA bathroom like it stated it did. The toilet is not ADA. Very disappointed.

Negatives: This was a pretty terrible experience. The hallways smelled like vomit and Sink drain was clogged upon arrival yet they still charged me the deposit for it. The WiFi did not work at all. Overall, will avoid Hyatt house at all costs.

Negatives: We requested additional towels 3 times, and they were never delivered. I also scheduled room service and had to leave during that time, only to come back to find that they never showed up for the scheduled time.

Negatives: The room was dirty. The ac barely worked. Surprise, you had to pay for parking and didn’t feel safe at all in the parking garage. People puking in the pool. Offered breakfast but had a bowl of apples and stale $2/20 Walmart muffins.
