Positives: rooms are nice although our super king room faced rails so we didn’t get to sleep
Negatives: the hotel is located between rails and highway so it is very loud, we couldn’t sleep because of the constant trains passing by. no mini bar, no in room dining (you will get food in a bag with plastic tools and food boxes from the restaurant downstairs) definitely not what you except from a 5*

Positives: Great location, very comfortable bed.
Negatives: The price I thought I was paying for the hotel showed up differently after I booked. There was a very large fee that I felt was not well disclosed. I called immediately after booking to see if I could cancel and was told no. The hotel was nice but not worth what I paid. Also I don’t like feeling cheated. All taxes and fees should be clearly stated and included in the price before booking. I won’t stay again based on that.
