The breakfast was good and they had a variety of things to choose from.

There was $100 security deposit that I had NO IDEA about in which they hold up on checkout but bad if paying with a card then you have to wait 2-3 business days to hopefully get it back. The T.v didn't work in the room, told the staff member and he said "they was No Maintenance on working". Kool. The A.C was out in parts of the hotel.... humid kinda night. Ugh. Then we asked for an extra blanket for one of our kids and he said "hotel booked, no extra blankets or anything." Okay. Then as we got ready for bed I inspected the beds and pillows and both were good so I thought. After sleeping on the pillows all night we woke up with orange make-up stains on the pillow and there is no way we went to bed with orange make-up on our faces. As I proceed to check out I informed the morning staff member about the pillows and he said " did you tell someone last night?"....... No I woke up to it.... Duh!!!!! So even tho the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good overall stay was OKAY.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The clerk was efficient upon checkin and made sure to keep my room number private as there were intoxicated men at the lobby desk waiting to check in. The check out clerk was efficient and funny. Parking was well lit and secure. Sheets and towels were fresh and clean. Pillows were dreamy. Great room lighting.
Negatives:
The elevator floor was dirty and wet both the night we checked in and when we left the next morning. The shower lacked any water pressure and if the sink was larger I would’ve used that instead to wash my hair. Also, the bed closest to the window has a huge crater in the middle where it was worn so that was uncomfortable.

the cable / dish was glitchy it was hard to watch tv and relax on Saturday,, the tv kept going fuzzy and couldn't hear works sometimes, the pool was mercy and bottom was dirty, would not swim in it. Management staff / people running the counter were rude, just like they were uptight like they didn't want to be there..
