Positives:
I liked the breakfast. I liked how clean it was and the air conditioning. Most of the staff was friendly and I know it was clean because they were constantly working.
Negatives:
I didn't like that there was no venting fan in the bathroom so I had to leave the bathroom to dry off properly. It always felt like it was humid in there. I also didn't like the fact that I wasn't able to get a shuttle to the airport even though I had told the staff early on that I would want one. If one of your perks is a shuttle then you should always have a driver on staff. I also didn't like the way the person behind the counter didn't thank me for my stay or didn't apologize for the inconvenience of no shuttle. I also thought it was odd that they would only accept cash or charge it to the room for any of their snacks and beverages. If you are going to sell things, maybe a card reader should be added.

Overall good quiet stay.

I enjoyed the hotel and staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was convenient and filling and I feel as though the location was close to the things we wanted to do

I did have an issue with the dyers in the guest laundry. My clothes didn't get 100% dry. I also thought that the pool could have been a little cleaner as well.
