I liked that the room was comfortable and parking was free.
Negatives:
The first thing that was noticed upon our arrival 1/2/26 @ 2 ish was that the front desk person was on her phone and seemed annoyed that we were walking in. No greeting or anything just a "Whats the name". I tried to call multiple time before arriving to see if my room was ready but no one answered then realized that maybe because she was on her phone. As she was getting our room keys she was frustrated with the machine because it wasnt scanning the room key appropriately, after she just placed the keys in the sleve(one of the keys didnt work) What could have been better was easier acces from the doors by the gym to enter from the parking area, the keys didnt work to come back in. My wife and I had to walk all the way back around to the front, the side door by the cafeteria wasn't working either. And it wasn't too early in the morning or too late it was about 9:20 am. I understand some doors have restrictions during some hours but this was an inconvenience for us. One more thing, housekeeper was very sweet and attentive to our needs but during our stay we noticed lashes near the sink in the restroom. The shower faucet was tricky to manage aswell.
