The cleanliness was ok, could have been better. Our AC unit was rattling terrible so they moved us to another room. The hotel smell wasn’t great, but not a problem. The elevator is slow. The laundry machines were old and partially broken.

It was close to love field and cute restaurants around town to eat at.

The cable didn’t work, the bed spread was stained, the pictures were backwards, the door didn’t latch when closing it to leave. The elevators smelled like weed & no one was friendly at all in attempting to help us.

I had stayed there before so I knew what to expect. It was clean and comfortable. We had to have an emergency one-night stay because the airline cancelled our flight. The night clerk that assisted us, was great.

Was told shuttle would take us starting @ 4am and would pick us up on our return flight if we called to let them know after 10:45pm. Was told at checkin no and was told at booking that parking for travel was free. That was untrue as well costing $50
