Very nice for the price, recently renovated or remodeled. Everything looks nice, new, and clean. Was not expecting much, but I was quite impressed. Would like to have stayed there more days.

Positives:
The location was perfect for our needs. Our check-in and check-out were easy, and the people were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well and blocked out the road noise.
Negatives:
Cleanliness was lacking. We had toothpaste on the floor, the toothpaste cap was behind a door, there were crumbs everywhere as if nobody vacuumed, the bed had a huge sag where I slept and the hallways were littered with trash. There were no towel racks, door knobs were missing, wallpaper was peeling and the toilet paper holder was missing (but the whole in the wall for it was there).

Facilities in need of repair hair had stains cig burn on it the air conditioner was so noisy and loud it rattled and took forever to get to a comfortable temperature. The tv did not have the local channels to see the local news and the weather.

Positives:
Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient, and about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown.
Negatives:
The hot water in the shower was a bit finicky, and the hot/cold selection icons were flipped.
