The room we booked wasn't cleaned yet, so they "upgraded" us to a suite that we really didn't like. We were at a comedy show and didnt get back until late. About an hour after setting the AC, we realized it wasnt working. We were told the best they could do was move us to another room, but by this point we were annoyed and didn't want to relocate all our stuff at 11:30 at night. Ended up having to open the $7 bottle of water in the room just to have something to cool down.

Great location but lacking amenities...
Positives:
Convenient location. Lovely styling. Comfortable beds.
Negatives:
Sheets were dirty. When calling down to the front desk to ask for clean bedding, we had to call the front desk three times and waited 45 minutes to get clean bedding. The clerk that brought up was apologetic and was nice. The shower also kept clogging and by the time the three of us finished showering, there was almost enough water in the tub to have a bath.

I had booked my room a month and half before and I did not get the room I had booked and the reasoning they gave me was “they did not know what happened”. When we got into our room the kitchen was still dirty and there was trash on the floor. Also for a dog friendly hotel they don’t have a place where you can take your dogs to the restroom without there being a bunch of homeless people taking up the whole place and there’s little grass and place for your pets to actual use it.
