Positives:
The location is the best. But that's probably the only good thing.
Negatives:
The place should have been refurbished like 20 years ago. Everything is extremely old and worn. Some cabinets are straight up broken or miss doors. Windows are *extremely* dirty. Probably haven't been washed in years. The shower wasn't working properly either. I've had a far better experience in hotels that are a fraction of this one's cost.

If you only care about...
Positives:
Historic building in heart of Downtown Dallas. The location is excellent. Clean hotel. Large room. We had a nice view as well.
Negatives:
Customer service is lacking. I wrote to inquire about taxi and my message was ignored. Follow up messages were generally curt and unfriendly. I rang the front desk and no one answered. The room was nice but the mattress was abhorrent. I woke with a severely sore back.
