Negatives: Charged me $20 for an early check in. I rent there at least once per month. Have gotten an early check in before with no additional charge but was this time. If the room is already clean I dont see why I need to pay extra if im a regular customer.

Positives: The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The room was spacious [single queen plus pullout sofa-bed]. Beautiful garden as well.
Negatives: Internet service doesn't seem reliable when your room is at the end of the hall. Security was rude. He did not seem to be aware I reserved my room for 2 guests. It almost came off as an isolated situation whereby it was unacceptable [to him] for the other guest to be in the room past 10pm [local]. Select rude/argumentative staff.

Negatives: I had seen a couple of roaches in my room. There were stains on the walls.
