They charged me for the gift shop purchase and then charged it to my room. Never refunded me my money. They never released the 50$ hold they charged me for the room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I called about the payment concerns and they told me they’d send me an email regarding the situation and i never received that or a phone call back.

The location was great and local to everything my husband and I went to see. The room was very comfortable, though a few lamps didn't work and couldn't tell if it was a blown bulb or if the lamp was indeed broken. The staff was always very friendly and attentive.
Negatives:
Paying for parking separately. Why not just include it in the standard room rate, especially when parking was unsecured and only one security personnel roaming in their car?

I love the fact that the beds are so very comfortable, the front desk staff are very helpful, and this hotel is in a great location.
Negatives:
The rooms could definitely use some upgrades especially in the bathroom and the floors could have been cleaned a little better. Everything else was great!
