Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

It wasn’t a horrible experience and couldve been better I try not to complain about things that can’t be fixed but these things could have been fixed or prevented.. The place had a bad odor (a PET odor as of an animal peeED all over the couch and floor .. they didn’t have cleaning towels and barely any dishes there was no micro wave plate ..maybe get couch covers would b a good idea the couch bed was pretty nasty .. I think they forgot to refill the soaps and shampoo lucky I had my own (just bring your own everything) and dnt stay here if u dnt like pets it made my allergies flare

I only booked it because it had a balcony and I thought it was good for the price.
Negatives:
They put me in room that wasn’t clean.
The moment I walked in the hotel something from the ceiling fell and it almost hit me in the head.
Then the room had a strong disgusting smell…. It smelled like a dog and dog piss in the room.
I walked down to the office and complained and they said they don’t have anyone to come and look at the room till the next day.
The next day came around and they said they don’t have anyone to look at it.
Mind you the smell kept getting stronger and stronger and I kept complaining about it.
Also the microwave never worked in the room.
I complained about it and they couldn’t get anyone in till Saturday evening around 6pm.
By this time I was already upset that the room smelled like pee and dog.
Then Sunday comes around and I actually find where the small urine smell is coming from.
A dog must of pissed all over the slider.
They didn’t have any clean towels and by the time I checked out all they could say was oh I’m sorry.
They still charged me for the room and didn’t couldn’t accommodate me with anything.
Like how is this place still up and running.
This is definitely the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in my life then to feel like they couldn’t even fix anything.
Who ever is running this place needs to look into the staffing and it may even need to go further up the chain.
This is unexceptionable.
