Negatives: The was dirty. The shower had someone's hair in it. The floor was never vacuum. The office said they had no extra toilet paper!!! No breakfast. There was bed bugs. Blood was in the bathroom.

Negatives: Facilities are dated and dirty. Two towels and 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Simple amenities were lacking. Cleanliness left much to be desired.

Negatives: I was told that there would be a hot breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 daily, the breakfast was never there. I had to ask for coffee every morning of my stay.

Negatives: The unit had holes, dirty sofa, dirty dishes, no soap or silverware, there were bites from a dog on bathroom wall. It said there was breakfast and pics showed a hot breakfast but there was only cereal, milk, bread and bagels. No hot breakfast.

Negatives: Strong odor, and dirty. Like someone had just moved out from living there many years. Thumbtacks still on walls, cobwebs corners of ceiling. Dirty areas in ceiling from AC flow, sticky surface on the bar counter. Sofa was dirty. Pillows were flat.

Negatives: The first night I noticed my kitchenette was empty I had no pots pans plates one glass and no silverware, I was told I would have to wait until the next day,when the kitchen ware arrived there still were no plates or cups I was five Styrofoam plates and paper cups they were to be real dishes,I was reduced to washing Styrofoam plates for reuse that was not what I expected ,the paper towels and dishwasher pods were not restocked and no dish washing coth I had to use a hand towel from the bathroom, the bed was dressed with two flat sheets a padding,and a very thin top cover that was very worn to the point of holes and fraying at all four corners,only two very soft unsupportive pillows which made a good night's rest impossible ,the shower dispensers were not restocked I was reduced to showering with shampoo because there were no mini bars of soap and the body wash dispenser was empty, there was only one set of bath towels and only two was cloths housekeeping unavailable for more if any,the under cabinets were empty in the bathroom no Kleenex or extra roll of toilet paper during our stay the small provided rolls in each bathroom needed to be replaced luckily my husband got to the front desk before anyone else because he got the last two available rolls ,the advertised breakfast was very meager it consisted of white bread only,dry cereal that appeared to be a display but was supposed to be for consumption,it was not dated,so I wasn't sure how fresh it was, a dirty toaster,two jellies,milk and coffee that tasted like gas station coffee, the next day more of the same meager provisions with the addition of a few instant oatmeal packs,so we had to spend money on breakfast outside that we did plan to do since it was advertised in listing of accommodations, the two roaches we had to kill made this stay even more of a nightmare the first time the roach was seen I called to see if maintenance could come and spray the room no one ever came and no other suite was available...
