The lobby hotel was great. The lobby was very cosy, the gym was ok, the pool had a few leaves in it but it had been very windy the night before. Watched the eclipse from the pool area, it was a great day

Location was convenient for driving around Dallas, easy access to the main highway

Our room was facing the express way so it was a bit noisy. We requested a cot in advance but it was not brought to our room and when I asked for it they told me we will have to wait until the next day as housekeeping was not available after 9 pm. No breakfast available but there was a cafe in the lobby.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable! It is quite noisy, but since the hotel is located next to a highway, this is something expectable.
Negatives:
The breakfast range is not very big, so we decided to eat somewhere else. The reception staff was not unfriendly, but seemed a bit absent and not very welcoming.
