The availability, the cleanliness of the room. The ac unit.
Negatives:
The tape over the fire alarm, was not good. The power went out and we were not told. My food got spoiled. And I had breastmilk and it went bad. The stair way was so discussing I took me having told 3 people in order for someone to finally clean it up. That’s not right. I saw that the picture online showed 4 dining chairs and got none just a broken office chair was in the room. I called and asked for extra chairs and they día not possible due to we are a franchise company. But they were able to bring me two extra Office chairs. There was no dish cleaning supplies. I finally booked at a different hotel and all was mush more comfortable and to our liking . I need to request a refund.

I reported manager due to her atrocious attitude and behavior when we originally checked in. Then because we complained to corporate, she asked us to leave saying they had the right to refuse service. This was targeted and racially motivated
Negatives:
We were in a musty room without power due to the storms in Dallas. Water came in through the AC unit so the carpet was soaked. Nobody ever came to inform or check on us to make sure we were safe

I was robbed of my deposit. Nearly the entire $50.00. I requested multiple times, that I needed to be accommodated a cart to help me move from out of the room. I complained of Nats for days. The Nats were coming from the windows.

I like that it had a kitchenette and that it wasn’t too far from where we were going.

The smell of the hotel was horrible. They had no vending machines or ice machines. You couldn’t even get extra towels or rags because they didn’t clean them. No one refreshed anything the whole 4 days we were there.
