Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

First off, the staff at 12525 Greenville Ave(Dallas Texas)Sonesta location have very poor attitudes and should not be servicing the public. Specifically, a African American female(overweight with a long wig) that work the morning sshift at this location is a true disappointment and very unpleasant to be around for even 5 minutes.
My primary complaint with this facility is as follows: we all know that this is the 21st century and a lot of these hotels have illegal hidden audio and spyware in the rooms. This specific location not only has this but the consumers(guests) somehow has access to these devices, which would allow them to watch other guests and live stream their activity to post on the dark web. Corrupt insurance companies like CORVEL CORPORATION of Tampa Florida( correction, they recently changed their name to 'CorVel The Enterprise') have locations in all 50 US states are the origin of illegal activity like this and many other illegal activities. There was one specific individual that was allowed to sit in his car(with headlights on) in the Sonesta parking lot(without be questioned) from 5pm to 3am or later DAILY. This individual is accessing this illegal spyware at this property and streaming it. The perpetrator drives a Grey Nissan Maxima with a Texas license plate #VSK5761

The manger brought it to my attention that I had to rewrite a check form , I was confused because I done the every week since I been there for a month and a half the same way. But she got offended that I brought it up and then stated how she was going to rep-amend her staff . I didn’t need to know none of that. I guess she wanted me to know she was in charge. And it’s was another time. She’s very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to pick her battles.
