The staff was awesome, the food hot and fresh. The beds to me were too small for 2 persons, and the rooms are smaller then what they look. Another thing I thought it didn't make sense is that you get charged $10 every single day for parking, which to me seemed kind of ridiculous. Why get charged for parking when you are paying for your stay I stayed there 4 nights and got charged $40 dollars for parking

The beds were too small they seemed to be twin xl beds and not even a full-size bed & the parking fee even when you are a paying customer for your stay at the hotel.

The breakfast was good. There was a good selection. The distance from the conference we attended was great and there were many restaurant options nearby within walking distance.
Negatives:
I booked this room online and chose it because of the price in comparison to other hotels nearby. The choice was decided because of the lowest price. It stated it was $240.69. includes taxes and fees. When we checked in I was told a hold was placed on my card for $290.69. I inquired as to why and told the young man that Booking app stated $240.69. I was told it would be that price minus the $50 incidentals. At checkout my bill indicated $262.35 I called and spoke to Twin and he said it was parking fees which I was never informed about on the app, or during check in even after confirming that the price would be $240.69 as indicated on the booking site. The app said it included taxes and fees and this has not happened with any other bookings from this app. It is unfortunate that this has happened and I will be weary and cautious about booking again. This is false advertising and should have been included up front.

The milk I pulled out of the refrigerator was bad. Someone should have caught that.
