Positives:
The clerk made it difficult to even check in. It states 2 pm is there check in time but upon arrival he said we couldn’t check in until 3:30. I left and came back at 5 then he wouldn’t let me check in until both parties arrived (my boyfriend) I canceled the room and found a better place to stay. This place was in the ghetto and the clerk was beyond rude and uneducated.

Positives:
The room was clean and had all I needed, including the kitchenette, large fridge, microwave, as well as and a nice bathroom with good shower and towels. For the price, I think the room was what I would expect.
Negatives:
The location is bad, a huge bridge construction is going on and access to the hotel is very difficult, with big, noisy trucks and dust everywhere. The front office entrance was closed and was forced to use the night window to check in. Check-in process took forever, only to find out that to be able to stay in this hotel I had to pay them at check-in time even though I had already pre-paid through Booking.com. A sign saying "We do not accept prepaid reservation sorry" was posted in the night widow and they claimed Booking knew and should not have charged me. I ended up having to contact Booking.com customer support for help.

Nothing. My reservation through booking.com wasn’t in their system. Thanks for nothing. I’m never using booking.com again, and I will actively tell friends and family not to use you.

I didn’t like having to find a new hotel while in a place filled with people traveling from all over the world for the eclipse. Again, thanks for nothing.

The people that ran the hotel were extremely rude and would not let me check in when we showed up we had been driving all night and just needed some rest we ended up driving to Houston and staying with me sons mother

The guy at the window was rude. He tried to jack the price up and then proceeded to throw my id back at me. I would rather sleep outisde than to give him one red cent of my money. There is bobwire around the facility.
