The check in was efficient and the clerk handed me a pair of eclipse glasses :). The room was well outfitted for a basic motel, with a full sized refrigerator and microwave, cook top and toaster. Security was visible onsite.
Negatives:
The coffee pot did not work. Several of the doors bore the marks of attempted break-ins. Prospective renters should be aware that this is a dilapidated industrial area and there are no services within walking distance (and you do not want to walk here at night).
