Modern ambience, great location to SMU and Presidential Library. Great toiletries. Very clean. Good coffee and i liked that it wasn’t in plastic. Very comfortable, quiet rooms. Pool was great and loved all the seating and access to outdoor patio.

They had two lengthy power outages while I was there. Also no hot water in the shower. They didn’t clean my room and when I asked for the room to be cleaned they said the cleaning crew was already gone.

Great restaurant and food, and all the staff from valet parking to the front desk were kind. Great location
Negatives:
You have to ask them to clean your room, if you forget, they only clean it every other day ! Our water wasn’t replaced at night we had to ask for it. And my sheet on the first night had a small blood stain on it, the next day it wasn’t changed because we didn’t know we were supposed to ask them to clean the room, so on the 3rd day said they cleaned the room and changed the sheet, they didn’t know about the blood spot on the sheets, and the sheets weren’t changed, they just remade the bed, by day 4 we finally got new sheets.

The staff was so friendly and helpful!! Our room was clean, comfortable, and so nice! We were even asked at check-in if we prefer a room closer to the elevator or further away, and they gave us a room on the top floor away from the highway!! The bar was also super nice and they had live music!
Negatives:
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the tv remote was out of batteries when we arrived (the front desk sent someone up right away to replace the batteries so that was no issue!

Very convenient location. Glad there was no charge for my dog. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Negatives:
We had a room on the first floor across from the elevators. This should not be a room. Noise from the elevator, people gathering and phones and voices from the front desk. Very disruptive and sleepless night.
