Front desk issues at check-in and billing (double charge) at checkout. Poor service in bar area, likely a staffing issue. Saw other patrons ordering outside food due to lack of reasonably timely service. Not what I have experienced in previous Westin st

Nce lobby, friendly restaurant/bar staff gave us suggestions about dinner options in the area.

Our room smelled of smoke--now my clothes reek of it. When we entered, someone in my mother's room emerged and said it had a broken shower so she had to go downstairs from the 11th floor with all our luggage and switch rooms.

The restaurant didnt have vegan options on the main menu. For a hotel like this, it should.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. My room was very clean and up to date. The check in was quick and the staff was very polite. I will definitely stay again.
