Positives:
I set up some room service items before we arrived, and the staff pulled it off very well.
Negatives:
Only had 1-drink at the bar and the staff there was not good, sat at the bar for around 15-minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there, then it took another 10 to place and receive our order. Tried to eat breakfast in the morning however there was a 20+ minute wait not because they didn't have tables, just because they didn't have servers.

Loved the theme of the hotel. Great work out facilities. The elevators were fast. It was clean and tidy. The room service was fast and the food was solidly good and warm. The bed was comfortable too. The blackout curtains were appreciated.
Negatives:
The sheets were thin and seemed low quality. The hotel claimed a house car for rides but it was in below empty when we tried to use it which showed very poor planning by valet staff. Getting our car instead was time consuming. Getting in and out if the hotel was hard because of the construction. The hot tub was out of order and the ice machine on our floor was also broken. The non rain shower was pretty weak.

Fun themed stay but not...
Positives:
LOVED every single thing about this property. The staff makes you feel like royalty. There is a car service that will take you within a 3 mile radius (make sure to tip well that is how they make money for driving). The room was spotless and state of the art. The beds were the most comfortable I have probably EVER slept in. The shower is huge and awesome. There is a stocked fridge and bar in the room if you choose (we did not). The bar was fantastic… the “shag room” was an awesome 70’s vibe that my daughter loved to sit in for her 21st birthday. The bartender recognized my special needs son and brought him a soda in a plastic cup with a lid. The staff checks on you to make sure everything is up to your liking. It was our first time ever staying at a Virgin property but will be seeking them out when we travel. I just wish they were in more cities so we could stay at more! Located in the design district of Dallas… very safe area. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel when in the Dallas area!
