The check-in and checkout was great. The room was very large, and had a lot of amenities. It was very clean and very quiet. The pool was awesome and the outside appearance was great.

The fact that the check-in its at 3:00 PM and check out its at 11:00 AM.
We came to Decatur TX to attend a funeral, funeral was at 2:00 PM we had to get out and drive around from.11:00AM to 1:30PM.

The manager was so rude . My girlfriend had an emergency and picked up her kids due to her mother falling ill in icu. I got her a room there in Decatur at this motel 6. I also pre-paid for the room. I soon she gets there to check in. The 1st story is that booking.com never sent payment, which is BS. Then the 2nd story was that the county changed their hotel tax and couldn't or didn't know how too. Change it on the computer. That day, it was 15 degrees cold with her kids out in the cold. And booking.com didn't or wouldn't help us at all or even try to change us hotels. And I used to use this company all the time. Booking.com you lost a every good customer....

The front desk clerk said they didn't give senior discounts. She put us on 2 floor with no elevator that she said worked. The back staircase hall smelled of attempted clean up of urine. I suggest removing carpet. Yellow spot on back of toilet seat.
