Tamera was not very patient. She quickly gave up finding reservations and turned us away. I had to call booking.com to get them to help find our reservation. Once found we returned to the property.

Elevator didn’t work, no towels in room, no bedding for pull out couch and it had a stain on mattress! Only had one person running the whole hotel!
