Our key card wouldn’t unlock our door. A worker had to help us and we would have to rapidly swipe the card multiple times for the door to unlock. Once inside the deadbolt wasn’t aligned not allowing us to properly lock the door. The other issue is a homeless person kept snooping around my truck when we were carrying our stuff in.
