Positives: It was close to UNT.
Negatives: We asked for a non-smoking room and when we opened the door all you could smell was cigarette smoke. The comforter also had cigarette burns in them.

Positives: The location was convenient and the staff was very helpful.
Negatives: The floors were bubbling up all over and it didn't feel safe. The price was too high for the quality of the room. It was very cold and the blankets were thin.
