Large Cracks in the walls, bugs, hair on the sheets, they didnt have towels, there was no hand soap, no shampoo, conditioner - nothing. Asked for towels and they gave two for 4 people. Location was convenient.

Room was clean, but smelled like they used about a gallon of bleach, but I'd rather have it cleaner than dirty.

TV had no sound, overpowering smell of bleach for the first 2-3 days. Float in the toilet would stick and constantly run.

I liked how there were no surprises. No hidden fees or bogus charges. The room was very nice and clean. I used to stay at red roof inns when they were managed by Accor. This red roof inn is the best of all the motels we stayed at

For a handicapped room if you didn't want to go out of your way you had to climb 3 steps to get to it

Nothing, I did not even go to the hotel as I was warned by other family members who arrived before me to not waste my time going there as it was filthy and disgusting. As I was arriving late in the day, I booked another room in another hotel.

Put us on third floor, no elevators, TV set had no channel guide and kept losing signal. Bed railing stuck out and our knees kept hitting rail, hurts. No security bar in shower tub. Manager out of office, when I phoned front desk to ask to check out.

The overall room look and feel compared to other rooms in other hotels. And of course the price. Affordable for me. Love it.

The hotel stay was generally not too bad, our rooms cleanliness was probably one the best part of our stay.

My only real complaint is that I had to pay a $50 deposit that was not stated anywhere at the time ofbooking (when I paid)and to top it off they only accepted cash (which youd get back at checkout) so I had to leave while checking in to go find an atm.
