I had booked a room with a king bed and when I got there it was changed. I went to the room, the room had 2 beds which were not made and there seemed to be clothes everywhere. Went back to complain at the reception and was allocated another room which was not to my liking. I had selected a room before but was given a different one, which wasn't that good.
