The amenities mentioned online were not available at the hotel. The pool was drained with green algae at the bottom. The place was gross with roaches and bed bugs. Rooms taped off,hallways flooding,shower didn't work,too much to mention,not enough space.

All the pictures they show must have been taken in their heyday. This was a non smoking room with burn holes in the spread. Had to ask for another coffee cup and another water glass. Dirty towel on back of bathroom door,very noisy with I35 traffic. Pool??

Absolutely nothing I liked.I like nothing about the hotel it was filthy with roach feces. It was disorganized and not maintained. The commodes were dirty, there was loud music, smoking dope and smoking cigarettes. It was a horrible experience I never want

The hotel was right off of 35 and in the direct path of our route. The initial price was affordable, and the pictures of the hotel looked nice.

The staff made us pay $100 for incidentals - CASH! When we asked could we pay with card they said no and made us go across the street to a 7-11 to withdraw this. I've never heard of that before. Won't stay again.

Negatives:
Demand to make $100.00 upfront 'cash only' deposit for supposed incidentals. No desk clerk available at initial time of arrival (twice). Foul odor and stench emanating from out of service restroom on first floor, near desk area. Lobby chairs stained.
