Positives:
lobby was closed Sunday morning so we could not get any breakfast . we did not eat breakfast Saturday morning.h
Negatives:
1. have the lobby open 2. did not get a printed receipt upon check out due to lobby being closed 3. stairway was very dirty 4. did not get clean towels for second day, not even cleaning staff came by to offer 5. ice machine and soft drink vending room was very dirty and all downstairs rooms not available bc of carpet issues
