Staff made up for the older condition of the carpet and overall older condition. The room was very clean. Excellent staff!! Staff was that of a five star hotel.

The carpet was very old and worn. Some furniture was showing wear. Prefer unscented soaps or at least less strong smelling soap.

Very close to the venue. It was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was good. Housekeeping was very friendly. It was an enjoyable stay and would go there again.

The staff was amazing. I was there for a wedding and left my belt at another hotel. They were able to hook me up with a belt!!!! Just in time for the wedding. These guys were 100% professional all the way.
Negatives:
My only disappointment was the 'fitness room'. There were 3 'walk' machines..?.. Free weights take VERY little room. That is a big must for me to use a hotel. IMMUNE protections were in place; immune health begins with EXERCISE/rest...just saying.

Rather unkept and placed me in a room next to an exterior exit door that slammed every time someone exited, kept me up all night! Paid a high price for a cheap hotel, not worth it!
Positives:
Clean rooms, friendly staff and the coffee was great. Bed was comfortable not hard or soft. Shower had good pressure.
Negatives:
Only have continental breakfast all else was great.

Breakfast was non existent they handed you a piece of paper which stated do you want a piece of fruit and something else tell them your room number and when you will pick up your bag ? The juice and coffee and tea was great. they skimped on breakfast !

Negatives:
Due to covid there is no hot fresh breakfast as advertised. They do their best to provide a sack breakfast with a banana and granola bar. Still pay premium for the amenities without being able to enjoy them.
