Everything is good at this hotel. Very highly recommend to all who are passing through Dumas, Texas. Staff is very nice and helpful. Amenities are as advertised as far as I could tell. Good Breakfast. Hot Coffee. And the morning newspaper. Very nice hotel

Clean, with comfortable bed and room on first-floor was much appreciated though I had to press for itunable to climb stairs!
Negatives:
A/c in our room would not cool below 74, which was too hot for us mountain-people, nor would it run on Highsame issue.
And No elevator?! In this day and age thats crazy.

The air conditioner in my room did not work correctly. The fan was going out and kept coming on and off and the room did not get as cool as it should have.

The staff are courteous and professional. The location is convenient. The price is decent. The parking is free and the breakfast is pretty good.

The shower knob did not move so water came out the tub faucet & shower head. It was very difficult to turn the water control knob.
