People were nice. Room was clean and smelled clean. Bed was comfortable.TV. We were near stairs so although no elevator a little easier to take dog out.

Outside area where we walked around with dogs was run down.
No elevator. The only chair in room was hard for my husband to sit in. He has a bad back and can't sit on bed and watch tv.
