Positives:
Good location for our visit. It was the only hotel in the area we were staying in, so we had little choice.
Negatives:
The hotel hosted a party for a motorcycle club of over 100 people without warning us in advance. They were incredibly noisy. When it was time for them all to leave, they sat in the parking lot and started drinking and revving their engines at about 11:00PM Saturday night and didn’t stop until 3:00AM!! No one could sleep. We called the front desk repeatedly but they never answered. We asked for a discount or refund for that night. The person at the desk said he’d pass this info on to the manager. The next day I talked to the manager and he said he knew nothing about it. Then told us he’d look into it and talk to his manager. So far we've heard nothing. If I do hear back from them I'll upgrade my review.
Most people on the staff were very nice and helpful, especially Patrick.
Here's the bad news:
The room was kind of dirty
The sink was clogged
Housekeeping didn't clean our room one day
The air conditioner is incredibly loud
Breakfast was hit or miss, some food was fine, but some was gross
Very hard beds and very flat pillows

I didn’t like that you could only use the front door !!! There was a door in the back with a card scan and it didn’t work so if you parked in the back you had to walk all the way around to the front because the card scanner on the door doesn’t work
