The staff. Good parking. Nice rooms. Able to use breakfast area that evening to watch Tech game with our family.

Have yet to reapply incidentals fee back to my son-in-law’s credit card. Been over a week now.

Great stay. The desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay personable and fun!!

This was the worst stay we’ve ever had. In the morning, I woke up covered in bedbug bites. We immediately let the staff know, but no one did anything about it. No apology, no offer to move rooms, nothing. Completely unacceptable. We will never stay at a Best Western again.

The floor was wet and mildewed from the AC, the tv did not work. They offered to move us after 11pm but no assistance in moving our items to a whole different floor.

Comfy and next to Walmart
Positives:
The staff were super friendly and always had a smile on their face. The nighttime attendant friday ( don't remember her name) was sooo nice and suggested stuff for me to do without even asking her. The breakfast was solid and had plenty to choose from
Negatives:
The room had stains in the carpet, and a bit of a "butt smell". Had to be standing pretty much in front of the TV for the remote to work.

Extremely friendly hotel staff at the front desk that checked us in to the kind lady who worked the breakfast who spoke so sweetly to my son. Speaking of breakfast, it was so much nicer than I anticipated. The had so many extra touches!

There was nothing we didn't like. Water pressure was on point, sheets were clean, staff went above and beyond. Pool was small but never crowded.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a great location. The breakfast was great. They had a great variety of things to choose from.

Compared to the pictures online vs in person, the facility needs some upgrades and a deep cleaning. The rooms were decent but there were a few stains on carpets, bedding and furniture. The bathroom was somewhat clean but you could tell certain areas hadn't been wiped down in awhile. The elevators were very dirty.
