Positives: Staff was polite enough. Location is good in the town.
Negatives: Room was filthy. Empty cat food containers and dried cat food on the walls was disgusting. Messy hallways with painting supplies left out everywhere. Pool and spa were GREEN.

Positives: The breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives: Door lock was broken. Had to use a metal key. The bathtub was dirty. Stains on the pillow cases. The freezer in the refridgerator had not been cleaned out. It looked like frozen coffee. Washcloths were stained.

Negatives: Forty, towels had stains. What looked like a bloody loogy on the bathroom floor. Hair in the tub. Dead bug chilling by the living room tv. For a king suite is was absolutely horrendous and way too over priced.

Positives: The staff was generally friendly
Negatives: The hotel was dirty. Pool, vending and sauna were all out of order. Furniture all showed heavy wear. The room was filthy, the bathroom and shower had signs of water damage and the shower head leaked everywhere and pressure was terrible.

Positives: Breakfast was good.
Negatives: Wasn’t too fond of housekeeping notifying us at 10am- that 11am was checkout time. Reservations tell you checkout/in time and so does front desk when you check in.. I didn’t need a reminder as if we were being hurried.

Positives: The mattresses.
Negatives: I only selected this hotel due to the indoor pool. It was closed (indefinitely) and then I couldn’t use the laundry facilities because they had no change or detergent. The ice machine was broken. The water bottles cost $2.75… the chairs in the room were damaged and uncomfortable. Damage to all furniture. The room walls were so think we heard the next room guest the whole night. No fan in the bathroom. It was a huge fail.
