The door jam was broken, and the lock questionable. The breakfast was non existent. The towels were old and ratty. The coffee maker didn't work in the room. Loud Trucks at 4 in the morning.

We were traveling halfway across the country almost a thousand miles and were called 2 hours before we arrived at the hotel. we were told that our reservation was canceled, the person said some rooms at the hotel had an electrical outage! I didn't believe it I thought maybe it was because it was a holiday weekend and canceling my low cost in advance room reservation would free the room up for a higher paying on the spot renter. I felt that the story wasn't accurate. I had to go elsewhere and ended up spending more because it was a holiday weekend.
