Love Aloft from my first stay in Dubai to El Paso
Positives:
Location was very good. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.
Negatives:
One concerning issue was the bathroom shower glass door in my room. Despite reporting the problem to the front desk on the first day due to safety concerns, it seemed that the solution provided was merely doubling up on towels to address the water pooling outside the door after a shower. Additionally, on the second day of my stay, the room cleaning service overlooked replenishing basic amenities such as coffee, coffee cups, and creamers. When I contacted the front desk, I was informed that I needed to come downstairs to collect these items as there was no one available to bring them to the room. This inconvenience detracted from the overall experience of my stay.
