Good value, good location, great...

Positives: Location, right off I-10 and walking distance to great restaurants & convenience store.

Negatives: First room we checked into had a toilet that didn’t flush well, tent immediately gave us another room that was comfortable but condition wasn’t up to the plus rating it has. We stayed in same hotel a year ago and the same sign about doing upgrades was still there. We realize this is an older hotel but the pool still wasn’t open, windows in dining area were in need of better calking/painting, rust was on the metal frames, etc.

Negatives: The housekeeping wasn’t good at all. I asked if they could clean my room for me and they failed to do it correctly. My room was still a mess whenever I came back, the sheets were changed because there was crumbs in the bed. I asked at 12 pm if they can clean it and they didn’t get to my room until 7 pm.

Negatives: The breakfast was okay not the greatest. The shower had zero shampoo or body wash which I believe should have at least half of a bottle, if not then they need ro be filled or replaced before a new customer arrives. The water did not drain well in the tub. And the hotel is so confusing, I got lost a few times It just wasn't well planned out by the architect, or maybe it was but it just wasn't my cup of tea.

Positives: The Staff was very friendly! Upon arriving to my room I noticed I accidently booked a double bed room instead of a king size bed. I addresses this issue to the front desk and they were able to issue me a new room.
