Best Western Sunland Park Inn

Negatives: Was called at 10:40am being rushed to check out and then ten minutes later had staff knocking on door rushing me again. What gives? Leave guests alone unless the checkout time has actually passed. It feels like you are kicking people out, terrible policy.

Negatives: Horrible location, nonstop noise in the middle of the night.

Negatives: The parking isnt the best but this is at no fault of the staff.

Negatives: EVERYTHING!!! There was hair on the floor in the bathroom from the previous patron I assume. Later on found remnants of blood on the bathroom door and outside the bathroom in the vanity area. My husband cleaned it up because I was so grossed out. The bathtub was clogged so we had to stand in a pool of water while we showered. It drained by the next day and we were so afraid to be blamed for it we didnt report it. All 3 of the rooms we booked never had the trash thrown or towels replenished. The king bed room had the room cleaned once because we complained about it. We booked 3 rooms all together with both my husband and I using 3rd party booking sites. My husband and some of our children had to leave on July 4th due to work the following day/. I planned to keep the king room and one double queen room for another night. We were checked out of both of them and the hotel simply stated it was our fault because my husband accidentally checked out of the wrong room as we were running late for Carlsbad caverns reservation. My children had their personal belongings thrown in a bin and they were locked out of the room. I received a call From an El Paso number but no message was left so I assumed it was a spam call. This place for accommodations is a literal nightmare!!!! Attached are photos of my children gathering their belongings from a bin in the lobby.
