Great location, employees nice.
Negatives:
The elevator broke completely after only four hours; I was up on third floor and have mobility problems! No way to get to my room, so I asked reception to put me on ground floor after returning six hours later, and no one to repair elevator!
Reception was very hesitant to accommodate me, but I asked her to call her manager. After fifteen minutes she finally moved me

Rude receptionist. Very tired when we came in and telling us the system is down and doesnt know what time it can be fixed. No apologies from them but frowning faces when we came in. I will never go back to comfort suites not recommended place to stay.
