Positives:
We stayed there for one night and it was a nice stay. The room was clean and staff were helpful. Im from El Paso so I also know its in a great area near a lot of restaurants, not too congested of traffic, and 15-20 minutes every way to different areas of the city and major highways.
Negatives:
My only concern is that we went to the front desk to get our key reactivated because it got deactivated for some reason, and the staff member did not ask for any information besides our room number- no verifying information to confirm we were asking to activate a key for a room we were actually staying in. I could have had an unactivated key card and given her a random room number and had access to that room which I feel should be address for security reasons.
