They checked us in to dirty room ,old food in the fridge the bathroom was dirty so we changed rooms and the construction was nonstop very noisy the light in bathroom was very dim . they give you two complimentary drinks but they don’t tell you it’s only for draft beer bud or bud lite Ugh this hotel was a childhood great memory when our mother was alive and I wanted my nephews to have the same but now not so much :( wasn’t worth the money and the room was $411.00 but they charged me $475.00 supposedly I’ll get the difference back on my card in a few days “ya pa Que I live on a tight budget and that extra $60 sum $$ I have on my credit card on hold :o I needed it for the trip home but no ! I saved up for this trip for a while and I was excited to share it with my nephews I asked for a discount but they never got back to me and gave me the run around thanks

The staff was friendly, but the room was not worth the price very run down and dirty we had to switch rooms

The rooms were run down and dirty and had to switch rooms, 2nd room was better but still a little dirty, but now I realized I left something in the room and I can't get anyone to return my cal, l call and call no response I have left 2 voice mails and still no return call back
