Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Got two rooms - one room was fine and no complain The other rooms was right under the hot water tank for the hotel - My bed vibrated all nights (Room 215) I was relocated to another room - room 203 (This room has no hot water for bath!!).

My room (215) was right above the extremely noisy boiler room. I could not sleep for 2 days. Then alarm falsely went off at 2:54 am on the second morning. The staff was unable to control it rapidly. It was extremely noisy and had on the ears.

Room was not very clean. Carpet was very dirty. Bathroom was not as clean as expected. Everything looks so old. It does not meet the star level. This hotel needs a huge renovation.

The suite had no coffee maker, no hair dryer, the towels were dingy, the shower was dirty and "creaky". The "breakfast" consisted of packaged muffins and granola. Girl in front on cell, no coffee in lobby, girl got some,but no creamer without sugar.

TV controller didn't work, called office they were nice, offered to come up and show us how to use it. We declined. In the morning found controls on the side of TV they worked fine. I am sure we had the WRONG CONTROLER in the room.
